BISD to host African American Heritage Program
Bastrop ISD will host an African American Heritage Program on Saturday, Feb. 18 at the Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts, located at 1401 Cedar Street. The program will begin at 5 p.m. with an Expo in the lobby and the program to follow at 6 p.m. The theme of the program is Stand Together.
The program will also feature entertainment by the Bastrop High School band, Cedar Creek High School theater department, Cedar Creek Middle School jazz band, Cedar Creek and Bastrop Intermediate School choirs and more.
