Mina Elementary School recognizes school board member Mr. Jim Mills.
Our staff has been working together to prepare for an incredible year of learning and growing. Our motto this year, “Riding the Wave to Success,” is all about taking our successes from last year and building upon them. Increased test scores and student performance have energized our staff to keep striving for the best we can do!
One of our challenges is preparing students for the new and more rigorous state assessment, the STAAR test. Please click the link below to learn more about the test and see resources available for parents to help you understand this new assessment.
