Mark Martyn is a local attorney who currently owns and operates a practice in Bastrop. He holds a Jurisprudent Doctorate and a Masters Degree in Health Law. He received a Bachelors of Science in Human Resources from Palm Beach Atlantic College in 1997. Mark received his Associate Degree as a Registered Nurse in 1992 and prior to this was a police officer for the City of Victoria.
Mark has worked closely as an attorney with multiple Texas State Boards for over nine years. He was the lead litigator and counselor for the Texas Medical Board for over six years. His current practice focuses on general law.
Mr. Martyn has been a resident of Bastrop for the past nine years. He is married to Dale Martyn. Mark and Dale Martyn have three children who attend schools in the Bastrop Independent School System.
