It is the mission of Lost Pines Elementary to prepare our students for future success by providing meaningful learning experiences.
Welcome to Lost Pines Elementary School website. Lost Pines Elementary is a beautiful school nestled in the famous Lost Pines of Bastrop County. As a “recognized” school, we are constantly working to improve the academic performance of our children. Our vision of creating lifelong learners equipped with the necessary tools to be successful in our increasingly global society leads us in all we do. Within our community, you will find a down home feel and a welcoming spirit that exudes through the staff and students. We are a school of 750+ students, Pre-Kinder through Fourth grades. In addition, Head Start shares our property with a beautiful new facility in which our young children can learn and grow.
It is our wish that parents feel welcomed and comfortable in volunteering and participating in the growth of our young explorers. We have an active PTA organization made up of parents who work diligently for the overall mission of Lost Pines Elementary. In addition, there are numerous tasks which volunteers can help with throughout the school day/year. We invite you to become an active participant in your child’s education by becoming a PTA member, volunteering in the school, and/or by being a mentor to another child.
