John Eaton, President

John Eaton holds a BA and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University. During his career he earned various other certificates related to strategy and organizational change. He has been a guest Lecturer at The College of William & Mary MBA Business School and University of Texas at Dallas Business School for MBA studies. He has been a guest speaker at the Florida Sterling Conference and Dallas Strategy Forum.

John retired June 30, 2007, from USC Consulting Group, LLC. He was responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the public sector market; Department of Defense and Homeland Security.

He initiated the "Complete Your Homework - Stay in School" program to retrieve drop out students and assist them in staying in school. He is a volunteer with the Bastrop Crisis Center Abusive Behavior program. He is one of the founders of "Workforce Meets Academic" initiative, an initiative to raise community awareness for the needs of post-secondary education for all students.

He is a member of The Institute of Business Process Re-engineering, Strategy Leadership Forum and past member of the SW Venture Capital Forum. He is a member of the Bastrop Rotary Club, Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, Bastrop Historical Society and serves on the steering committee for the Opportunity Bastrop County Citizens Advisory Committee.
