In-District and Out-of-District Transfer Forms

If you wish to request an In-District or Out-of-District transfer for your child (children) for the 2008-2009 school year, please complete a transfer form. All information must be provided for the request to be processed.

All forms must be returned to Robert Washington. It is important that this form be mailed or delivered to the BISD Service Center at 906 Farm Street, Bastrop, TX 78602, and not to the campus where your child attends school.

This form must be completed on a yearly basis if you would like to continue to transfer your child. You will be notified by mail if your transfer has been approved or denied.
