This proposition provides funding for 1,500 seat, multi-purpose performing arts center. The projected cost for the centralized multi-purpose performing arts center is $14,950,000.

- 300 seat, Black Box Theatre
- 100 seat, multi-purpose rehearsal/conference room
- The proposed site of the multi-purpose performing arts center is at the corner of Cedar Street and Chambers Street
